Dr. Kyle Kotchie

Dr. Kyle is a recent graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he received his doctorate in chiropractic. Kyle has a unique athletic background which influences his movement approach to chiropractic and rehabilitation as a whole. Kyles’ philosophy focuses on treating the person as a whole and not just the injury itself. This includes; educating patients, discussing nutrition & lifestyle factors, assessing patient’s faulty movement patterns, a progressive overload program of current activity, and of course manual therapy. Kyle had an extensive athletic career where he received a scholarship to play college baseball in Orlando, Florida. He then moved onto play NCAA DI baseball in Texas. He was also was invited to compete with Team Canada in the 2009 World University.

Dr. Kaitlyn Owens, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She provides comprehensive, evidence-informed care to support the body’s ability to recover, adapt, and thrive, especially through the demands of busy schedules, stress and changing health needs.

Dr. Kaitlyn works with active individuals and athletes of all levels, with a clinical focus on metabolic health, hormonal health and performance optimization. She has a special interest in supporting women through all stages of life, from regulating cycles and managing PMS, to navigating perimenopause, low energy, and hormone-related performance changes.

Kevin Bulchand, RMT

Kevin is an RMT who received an advanced diploma in massage therapy from Centennial College and specializes in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Musculoskeletal Injuries, Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage and Relaxation Massage.

He is also certified in contemporary medical acupuncture through McMaster University. He wants his patients to feel extraordinary, and feels that integrative medicine should be a fundamental component of everyone's healthcare.

Colleen Logan, RMT

Colleen graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in October 2024 and is excited to join Re+Active Sports Medicine as an RMT. With over 25 years of leadership experience in retail, she values collaboration, professionalism, and client-centered care to support clients' wellness and health goals. A lifelong advocate for movement, Colleen's background includes ballet, cycling, and CrossFit coaching (Level 2). She specializes in Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, remedial exercises, and scar work. Colleen is also trained in pre/postnatal massage and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), an assisted stretching modality for joint and connective tissue health. Passionate about helping clients of all ages, Colleen draws on her experience working with high-risk pregnancies, seniors, and patients with dementia and stroke recovery to deliver compassionate, effective care.
